Privacy Policy

We collect what is needed to make your game and deliver it: your uploaded screenshot, your preferences, your email at checkout, and standard usage analytics. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. We do not sell your data.

Your uploaded screenshot and the preferences you select — used to generate your game concepts. The screenshot is analysed for abstract gameplay qualities and is never copied into your game.

The optional free-text wish — used to theme your concepts.

Your email address, collected by Stripe at checkout — used to deliver your APK, confirm your purchase and handle refunds.

Payment details — collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation, the amount and your email.

Usage analytics — page views, funnel events (upload, concepts, checkout, purchase), your IP address, rough location derived from it, device and browser type, and the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters). We use PostHog for this, and session replays may be recorded to understand where the product confuses people.

Server logs — IP addresses and requests, kept for security and debugging.

Project data (screenshots, concepts, built games) is stored on our servers in the EU.

Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Analytics are processed by PostHog on their EU servers. AI analysis of your screenshot is performed via Anthropic's models.

We share data with no one else, and we never sell it.

Your project — the screenshot, concepts and built APK — is kept so your project link keeps working. If you want it gone, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Analytics data is kept according to PostHog's retention settings, currently 12 months.

We use PostHog's first-party cookies to recognise a returning browser and to connect the steps of your funnel. Ad-platform pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google) are only loaded if we run campaigns with them; they set their own cookies under their own policies.

No cookies are used to show you advertising on this site.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA, these are your GDPR rights, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
