Terms of Service

Template — review with a lawyer before commercial use

Agreement

By using shot2.games you agree to these terms. They are a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them commercially.

What the service does

You upload a screenshot of a game you like. We analyse its abstract gameplay qualities and generate original game concepts.

If you buy a build, we generate a playable Android application file (APK) from one of our game templates, themed to your chosen concept.

If you buy publisher submission, we match your game to compatible publishers, prepare applications and submit them.

What you upload

You confirm you have the right to upload the files you provide.

You must not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights.

We use your screenshot only to understand gameplay. We do not reproduce its artwork, characters, branding or UI.

Ownership of your game

You own the game concept generated for you and the build we deliver, and you may publish or sell it.

The underlying game templates and the service itself remain ours; you receive a licence to use them as part of your game.

Two customers who choose the same game style receive different themes, but the underlying gameplay template is shared.

Publisher submissions

Publisher acceptance or store publication is not guaranteed. Your purchase covers game analysis, application preparation and submission.

We do not control publisher decisions, response times, or whether they reply at all.

Some publishers require manual submission through their own portal; in those cases we prepare the complete application and submit it on your behalf.

Payments and refunds

All prices are one-time payments in the currency shown at checkout.

If a build fails and we cannot deliver a game file, contact us for a refund of that purchase.

Publisher submission fees cover analysis, preparation and submission work, which is performed regardless of the outcome.

Ads and store publication

Generated games ship with advertising slots configured in test mode. No advertising account is required from you and no ad revenue is generated in this state.

We do not publish your game to Google Play. Store publication, developer accounts and store compliance remain your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to use the service to clone a specific commercial game, or to reproduce someone else's trademarks, characters or artwork.

We may refuse or cancel a project that appears intended to do so.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

We are not responsible for lost revenue, lost opportunities, or publisher decisions.
