Terms of Service

You upload a screenshot of a game you like and tell us what you enjoy about it. We generate three original game concepts for you. If you buy a build, we make a playable Android game (an APK file) from the concept you chose and email it to you. If anything goes wrong, we refund you.

The Game Builder purchase includes: the three concepts generated for you, a playable Android APK themed to the concept you selected, built with test advertising configuration, and delivery of that APK to the email address you used at checkout.

Games are built on our own gameplay templates (for example a lane runner, a tap jumper or an arena survival game). Your concept controls the game's name, world, colours, characters and tuning. Two customers who choose the same style will still receive different games.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged once — no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Every build is finished by a person, not just a machine. We email your APK to the address from your checkout, normally within 24 hours and at most within 48 hours.

If we cannot deliver within 48 hours, we will refund the purchase in full without you having to ask twice.

If we failed to deliver, delivered late, or you are simply not happy with the game you received: email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. We may ask what went wrong — you may answer or not.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The screenshot you upload is used only to understand abstract gameplay qualities — pacing, controls, structure. It is never copied into your game, and we deliberately avoid names, logos, characters and artwork from it.

You must have the right to upload the image you provide. Do not upload images containing personal information about other people.

The optional text field ("anything specific you want in it") shapes the theme of your concepts. We do not recreate existing games or use trademarked characters, whatever is written there.

The delivered APK and its concept (name, world, story, colours) are yours. You may install it, share it, publish it to app stores and monetise it.

The underlying game templates, build tooling and this website remain ours, and we may use the same templates to build different games for other customers.

We do not promise store acceptance, downloads, players or income of any kind. Advertising inside generated games ships in test mode; earning real ad revenue requires your own ad network account and configuration.

The service depends on third parties (payment processing, AI providers, hosting). If something is temporarily down, delivery timelines pause rather than disappear — the 48-hour refund rule above still protects you.

Do not use the service to produce unlawful, hateful or infringing content, do not attempt to break or overload it, and do not resell access to it. We may refuse service and refund the purchase instead.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new purchases from the moment it is published.
